I ordered a beautiful hairpiece from Bella Tiara for my wedding — it truly is stunning in design. However, I want to share my experience to help future brides: the piece was extremely heavy and very difficult to keep in place, even with a professional hairdresser and what felt like a million bobby pins. It just wouldn’t stay secure on the side of my head, and it became painful to wear.
Thankfully, I had a backup comb that I ordered from Amazon just in case, and I ended up wearing that instead. It was much lighter and more comfortable — and most importantly, it didn’t risk hurting my scalp on my wedding day.
I wish I could return the Bella Tiara piece, but unfortunately, their return policy states that once your event date has passed, returns aren’t accepted — even if the item wasn't used. I did provide my wedding date, and they shipped it express the day before, which I appreciated. Still, it’s disappointing that there’s no flexibility when something turns out to be unusable.
I’ve attached a photo to show that I wore a different comb on my wedding day. Hopefully this helps other brides make an informed decision — especially if you're considering this piece for a side placement or have a sensitive scalp. Definitely have a backup, just in case!
