Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

-- we must be contacted within 2-3 days of receipt for RA#, please do not contact us weeks later for an exchange or return.

--Email us at    info@bella-tiara.com   for exchange/store credit  or refund instructions

--If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (as per most bridal boutiques policies) we will gladly exchange, or issue a store credit for full amount minus any shipping.   Item must be returned within 10 days of your package delivery confirmation in unworn condition -

-- As an exceptions If a Request for a refund is requested a 20% return fee will apply for any jewelry and headpieces and 25% for any veils (minus any complimentary free shipping and return shipping).

We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple of the same item to decide which one will work best, only one return is accepted per headpiece, veil and jewelry.  

--Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition.  Merchandise that is returned in used condition will be sent back to the customer.  --Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable

  • Damaged or wrongly packed items will not incur any restocking fee, will be immediately replaced with the same item OR a store credit, and we will pay for both return and reshipping of the new item, if store credit or exchange is refused then standard return fee of 20% will apply *
    • cancellations only within 24 hours, any order cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
    • Clearance Item are Final Sale; No returns or exchanges
      • Shipping delays are out of our control please order with  ample time at least 2 weeks or choose rush processing and send message if needed with less than 2 week - refunds will not be issued for late arrivals if rush / priority mail upgrade was not selected

      • Bella Tiara and many other online sellers are not responsible for lost, undeliverable, misplaced or stolen items once your order has been shipped (given to the carrier). All orders will be shipped with a delivery confirmation number. We will not be responsible for misplaced, never received or lost packages once a delivery confirmation or tracking number has been obtained and item states delivered. if you feel a signature confirmation is needed please add that in the note section at checkout.
