We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly exchange, replace or offer store credit your purchase within 15 days of your packages delivery confirmation in unworn condition -
Cannot be returned after wedding or date needed by unless special arrangements have been made
-- If we must we do make exceptions for Returns with a 25% return fee (minus any complimentary free shipping) on 1 of the same item only (i.e headpiece, veil) or one jewelry set (no multiple of same items are allowed)

You must contact us within 2-3 days of receipt of your order for RA (Return Instructions) - no items will be considered for a return if contacted weeks to a month later
We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best, while planning to return the rest. This is due to our large selection and low prices. Items are delicate and everyone deserves a brand new unused item. Only one return is accepted per headpiece, veil and per jewelry.

--Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-saleable condition will be sent back to the customer. --Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable -- NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES AFTER WEDDING DATE
- Exchanges or store credit will incur a $10 exchange fee plus any shipping, free shipping not offered on exchanges.
We apologize but the restocking fee is justified as it takes time out of our busy day to receive and unpack the item, inspect it for damage, return it to inventory, update our inventory, unpack the item, this is cost to us.
- ********Damaged or wrongly packed items will not incur any restocking fee, will be immediately replaced with the same item OR a store credit, and we will pay for both return and reshipping of the new item, if store credit or exchange is refused then standard return fee of 25% will apply **********
- cancellations only within 24 hours, any order cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

We ship free (US First Class Regular mail_ processing and shipping time approx 7 -8 business days after placing your order.

US Rush Delivery (USPS Priority Mail) always allow processing time 3-5 days plus shipping time approx 2-3 days with priority mail
PLEASE NOTE EXPRESS MAIL doesn't necessarily mean you will receive you item the next day it will expedite your shipping time EXPRESS MAIL (1-2 DAYS SHIPPING), processing time is between 3-4 days depending on item, contact us via email (best method) first or by phone to ensure delivery time

All orders will be shipped with a delivery confirmation number. We will not be responsible for misplaced, never received or lost packages once a delivery confirmation or tracking number has been obtained and item states delivered. if you feel a signature confirmation is needed please add that in the note section at checkout.

also Bella-Tiara is NOT resposible for any late arrival or lost packages with international shipping, as with international shipping custom could delay the package and very rarely get lost, we have no tracking once it leaves the US, but 99.9% of the time items arrive on time.
