We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied we will gladly exchange, replace or offer store credit your purchase within 10 days of your packages delivery confirmation in unworn condition, unused condition. (NO return after wedding)

-- We do make exceptions for Returns with a 25% return fee (minus any complimentary free shipping) on 1 item only (i.e headpiece, veil) or one jewelry set (no multiple returns are allowed)

You should contact us within 2-3 days of receipt (unless otherwise discussed) of your order for RA (Return Instructions). if contacted weeks later item will not be considered for any exchange or refund

We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best, while planning to return the rest. This is due to our large selection and low prices. Only one return is accepted per headpiece and per jewelry.

****Damaged or wrongly packed items will not incur any restocking fee, will be immediately replaced with the same item OR a store credit, and we will pay for both return and reshipping of the new item, if store credit or exchange is refused then standard return fee of 25% will apply *****

Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-saleable condition will be sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable -- NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES AFTER WEDDING DATE

  • Exchanges on headpieces and veils will incur a $15 exchange fee plus reshipping cost. we will work with you to ensure you are happy
  • Item under $40 will have no exchange fee simply reshipping. as free shipping only offered once.

  • We apologize but the restocking fee is justified as it takes time out of our busy day to receive and unpack the item, inspect it for damage, return it to inventory, update our inventory, unpack the item, this is cost to us.

  • if ordering jewerly for bridal party please order one piece first to ensure you like the item we CANNOT take returns on over 2 pcs of the same jewelry

  • cancellations only within 24 hours, any order cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

    US Rush Delivery (USPS Priority Maill) always allow processing time approx 5-6 days (or as stated on item) plus shipping time approx 2-3 days with priority mail

    PLEASE NOTE EXPRESS MAIL doesn't necessarily mean you will receive you item the next day it will expedite your shipping time EXPRESS MAIL (1-2 DAYS SHIPPING), processing time is between 3-4 days depending on item, contact us via email asap

    Bella Tiara and many other online sellers are not responsible for lost, undeliverable, misplaced or stolen items once your order has been shipped (given to the carrier). All orders will be shipped with a delivery confirmation number. We will not be responsible for misplaced, never received or lost packages once a delivery confirmation or tracking number has been obtained and item states delivered. if you feel a signature confirmation is needed please add that in the note section at checkout.
